We also accept checks and money orders, please call for details. Customization orders require a 50% deposit with order. Net terms are available upon credit approval. Fax If you wish to fax your order directly to us, please print your order cart and fax it to 1-952-542-1088. If you would like to place your order by mail, please print your order form from the shopping cart. If you choose this method, you can pay by personal credit card, check, or money order. For Minnesota customers, we are required by law to charge state sales tax of 6.5% on non-clothing items. SHIPPING AND HANDLING Shipping and handling is calculated from the dollar amount of the merchandise on the order. Orders shipping within the continental United States will ship UPS Ground unless otherwise requested by the customer. International, Alaskan, Hawaiian, Military and Post Office Box orders will ship United States Postal Service. See the shipping chart below for cost details. Shipping charges are subject to change.

NORMAL DELIVERY When placing an order that is time sensitive, please call to expedite the order and confirm additional freight costs incurred when shipping UPS Next Day Air or UPS 2-Day Air. Most blank domestic orders will be shipped in 7 to 15 business days. Please allow 15-30 working days for orders requiring customization. SHIPPING CHARGES All freight will be billed in accordance to the freight scale listed above and is subject to change. RUSH ORDERS Depending on your location, Next-Day or 2-Day delivery can be arranged. Applicable expedited freight charges will be added to your order. INTERNATIONAL DELIVERIES Our products are available for international delivery. Shipping and handling varies by location and shipping method. Expedited delivery is available in many countries. If you are not fully satisfied with the merchandise or for defective merchandise or shortages, you can obtain a Return Authorization by calling our customer service department at 1-800-749-0822. Orders that have been customized with embroidery and/or screenprinting cannot be returned unless proven to be defective. All returns must have a Return Authorization (RA#) clearly written on the outside of the box at time of return or it will not be accepted. |
